For 20 years ARTEMISIA has been making successful proposals to enterprises of medium size, working alongside the management to find the most useful financial solutions for the different stages of company development.

The operations proposed are geared to three important areas of programming:

COVERAGE OF TECHNICAL INVESTMENTS
Using credit lines at medium and long term, property leasing, instrumental and operational leasing, facilitated financing at the national, regional and Community level;


FINANCIAL RE-EQUILIBRIUM - LOCATION OF RESOURCES FOR COMPANY DEVELOPMENT
By Lease-back or spin off of company assets (property, trademarks, sales outlets) and the organization of credit lines even in consortium with banks and for high amounts, with or without real guarantees, for a duration of from 18 to 60 months and beyond;


OPERATIONS ON CAPITAL
Through the identification of Institutional or Merchant Bank investors able to contribute new venture capital, in the perspective of an increase of the value of the enterprise and/or a subsequent quotation on the stock market.


SOFT FINANCE
To complete and support the previous arguments Artemisia has developed a dedicated division for Soft Finance through an informative and operative platform useful to help companies obtaining soft financings as expected by EU, National, Regional and Provincial laws.
